If you purchased a bus ticket as a guest without creating an account and wish to self-reschedule it, you first need to create an account.
You can do this by signing up with the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
You will receive a verification email after creating your account. Click the verification link to confirm that this email address belongs to you.
Once your email has been verified, you will be redirected to your account. You are now ready to manage your bus tickets!
A Note About Loyalty Points: Guest bookings cannot earn loyalty points. Only users that registered before making a purchase will be able to earn points for that purchase.
